Prior to installing the Simpro Dumpmaster DM-1800-B at our site in Dumbarton, we used a gantry-mounted bin lifting hoist which was difficult to operate safely — not ideal when your waste is glass, like ours and considering we manage our risk closely.
The battery-powered machine has proven to be really easy to use and maintain and can be operated by any waste team members whose feedback is “all positive” for it’s quick and simple to use. The system is operated throughout the day and simply plugged in to be fully charged the next morning — ready for another day — making it portable as well as flexible.
Our site services team are delighted as the machine is proving to be very reliable and has saved us a fair bit of our R&M budget compared to our previous equipment.
All in all, a great addition to our waste management process.

Transferring waste to our main waste skip has been a problem for a while. We gathered the waste in wheelie bins but then had to manually move it into the main skip which wasn’t ideal. Simpro Europe has made our lives so much easier with the Simpro Dumpmaster we have taken from them. A job that was taking up a great deal of someone’s time to complete on a daily basis is now finished in a matter of minutes.

The Simpro Dumpmaster with its compact design and simple but effective lifting mechanism looked to be an ideal solution to raise the wheeled bins of rejected carton products into the new Ulster Shredder machine at the MM Packaging site in Deeside. The sales team at Simpro Europe was able to give us options on the most suitable machine to handle the end user’s non-standard wheeled bins and offer a lifting device that married with the shredding machine and hopper perfectly. Paramount are extremely pleased with the end result, achieved using our many years of experience and proven design principles to integrate the various specialist technologies with clear input from our suppliers. We would definitely contact Simpro Europe again for any bin lifting requirements to deliver materials into our waste extraction systems. MegaDumper
The MegaDumper® is a great piece of kit. We found it very easy to set up upon delivery and very easy and simple to use. On a busy day we can empty comfortably over 100 bins into our 40 yard skips which means the MegaDumper® really makes a difference with waste management on site. Plus it isvery low maintenance.
Even though the MegaDumper® is quite a substantial piece of kit, we have also found it very easy to move around. This means it is not only useful as we can move it around to fill all areas of the skip, we can also use it to fill other skips onsite.
I highly recommend using a MegaDumper® and would definitely want to use it on future projects.

The Simpro Dumpmaster has revolutionised the process we use to move aluminium swarf to a compacting machine. We had our own system to empty the 240 litre wheelie bins but the limited space in the area of the compactor was making things difficult. We decided to see if there were any systems in the marketplace that could fulfil our needs. A web search later and we found the Simpro product. Really helpful team arranged for us to view it in action and that sealed the deal. Its small footprint with good lifting power and fully guarded ease of use makes it a great product, plus it has brought our costs down. The quick bin load and unload procedures makes it a slick process for the operators. Happy to endorse it.
