Richard Harland
General Manager
With over twenty years in waste and materials handling, Richard is the founder and driving force behind Simpro Europe. He is passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction. A connoisseur of food, drink and travel, a lover of the great outdoors, and a family-oriented individual, Richard’s people skills and belief in work-life balance keep him engaged and fulfilled.
Lukasz Wisniewski
Partner
A technical developer/leader in the green technology space and CEO of another of our group companies since 2009. Lukasz manages the sales team and network of agents across the Baltic region. A family man with a passion for muscle cars, sailing and single malt whisky.
Oscar Lyttbacka
Partner
With a background in environmental technologies and a client base in industrial manufacturing across Scandinavia, Oscar is driven by innovative thought and pushing the envelope of technology. He is the CEO of our partner companies, ZEO CONCEPT and Zest GbR, with operations in Sweden and the UK. Oscar shares a love of two wheels with Richard and a love of whisky with Lukasz and Peter.
Peter Jonsson
Partner
Peter brings with him experience in the construction and farming sectors, and is the owner and CEO of our partner company, Godkända Avlopp which serves the water and waste water sectors. Peter brings a great deal of expertise to our corporate team and lives in Sweden with his family.
The Simpro Europe team is supported by the Simpro World team with their years of experience and expertise in smart materials handling.

How we work
It’s pretty simple – we work with you to fully understand your objectives, what you are trying to achieve, the issues you face, and then identify the solution. It could be as simple as a manual handling issue of a bin that is regularly too heavy to lift and a Multi-Tip® will fix the problem. Or it could be a food production line where you need to lift and tip ingredients at a certain height.
If you need something to be lifted, tipped, moved or stacked, then it is likely we will be able to help.
Our aim is to help you to define a better handling solution – and then we deliver it.
We are there every step of the way.
Warranty
All of our products include a 24-month back-to-base factory warranty through Simpro Handling Equipment Ltd. You can register for this below when you have taken delivery of our products. All arrangements are handled locally by your closest distributor.
Delivery
An important part of our process is to arrange timely delivery for you. We have a central warehouse in Poland and distribute across Europe and the UK by road freight.
Stock items will be delivered within one week. Special orders and non stock items take between 8-10 weeks.
Finance and leasing
If outright purchase is not right for your business, we may be able to offer our products on either a finance or leasing basis, subject to terms and conditions.

Our partners
Our partners are the feet on the ground in your country. They will liaise directly with you to identify the right product for your requirements, advise on adjustments or accessories, make site visits, assist with leasing or financing if required, coordinate delivery and then provide the after sales service, maintenance and servicing.
