Product servicing
Simpro Europe products are designed to function with minimal daily maintenance but require an annual service to ensure they continue to operate to their maximum efficiency and give many years of service.
We provide service packages or ad hoc assistance should you experience an issue that requires intervention.
Service package
Relax and know we have got your back.
We will contact you at the appropriate time, either 6-monthly or annually dependent upon usage level, to book and undertake the service at a convenient time for you.
During the service we will:
- Undertake a detailed mechanical check
- Make any necessary adjustments to the functionality
- Replace parts where required (chargeable)
- Replace the hydraulic oil at appropriate timescales.
Warranty
All of our products include a 24-month back-to-base factory warranty through Simpro Handling Equipment Ltd. You can register for this below when you have taken delivery of our products. All arrangements are handled locally by your closest distributor.
