Bin lifter accessories
Our range of accessories is designed to make our bin-lifters more robust, provide additional safety features for specific requirements, or just make operation easier.
Solar Power Kit
Available for battery-powered Multi-Tip®, Dumpmaster®, and MegaDumper® bin lifters. Includes one or two 80W solar panels, adjustable mounting bracket and 12V/24V regulator. In fair weather conditions, the solar power kit can supply power to empty 20-30 bins of 100kg each, or twice this amount with two solar panels. Auxiliary charge can be provided if required.
Bin Hook Kit
Attach the bin hook kit to your Dumpmaster® and secure the machine in place against a hopper or skip. Suitable for any standard Dumpmaster®.
Offroad Kit
Available for Multi-Tip®, Dumpmaster®, and MegaDumper® bin lifters. The Offroad Kit replaces the standard castor wheels with 200mm hard-rubber wheels, which reduces ground loading, and makes the machine easier to move on uneven surfaces.
Operator Guard
Available for Multi-Tip®, Dumpmaster®, and MegaDumper® bin lifters. The Operator Guard protects the operator from falling debris whilst using the machine. Consisting of a transparent polycarbonate panel with RHS frame, it can be easily installed with Tek Screws.
Autocycle Kit
Available for Dumpmaster®, MegaDumper® and Hiflow® bin lifters. The Autocycle Kit automates the tipping cycle, so that the operator can move away while the bin is emptied. The kit includes a micro PLC with control logic, an Emergency Stop button and Auto/Manual selector switch.
Ironman Kit
The Ironman Kit hardens the Dumpmaster® for heavy-duty requirements such as construction and military applications. It includes heavy-duty guarding, crane-lift points, tiedown points, fork-pockets and 200mm castors in a bolt-on format. Suitable for any standard Dumpmaster®.
