Innan vi installerade Simpro Dumpmaster DM-1800-B p\u00e5 v\u00e5r anl\u00e4ggning i Dumbarton anv\u00e4nde vi en portalmonterad lyftanordning f\u00f6r soptunnor som var sv\u00e5r att anv\u00e4nda p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt – inte idealiskt n\u00e4r avfallet \u00e4r glas, som v\u00e5rt, och med tanke p\u00e5 att vi hanterar v\u00e5ra risker noga. <\/p>\n

Den batteridrivna maskinen har visat sig vara mycket enkel att anv\u00e4nda och underh\u00e5lla och kan anv\u00e4ndas av alla medarbetare i avfallsteamet, som ”bara” \u00e4r positiva till att den \u00e4r snabb och enkel att anv\u00e4nda. Systemet anv\u00e4nds under hela dagen och kopplas enkelt in f\u00f6r att laddas fullt n\u00e4sta morgon – redo f\u00f6r en ny dag – vilket g\u00f6r det b\u00e5de portabelt och flexibelt. <\/p>\n

V\u00e5rt serviceteam p\u00e5 plats \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jda eftersom maskinen har visat sig vara mycket tillf\u00f6rlitlig och har sparat en hel del av v\u00e5r R&M-budget j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med v\u00e5r tidigare utrustning. <\/p>\n

\u00d6verf\u00f6ringen av avfall till v\u00e5r huvudcontainer har varit ett problem ett tag. Vi samlade in avfallet i soptunnor men var sedan tvungna att manuellt flytta det till huvudcontainern, vilket inte var idealiskt. Simpro Europe har gjort v\u00e5ra liv s\u00e5 mycket enklare med Simpro Dumpmaster som vi har tagit fr\u00e5n dem. S\u00e4ljteamet p\u00e5 Simpro Europe kunde ge oss alternativ p\u00e5 den l\u00e4mpligaste maskinen f\u00f6r att hantera slutanv\u00e4ndarens icke-standardiserade hjulburna beh\u00e5llare och erbjuda en lyftanordning som passade perfekt ihop med fragmenteringsmaskinen och beh\u00e5llaren. Paramount \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jda med slutresultatet, som uppn\u00e5tts med hj\u00e4lp av v\u00e5r m\u00e5ng\u00e5riga erfarenhet och bepr\u00f6vade designprinciper f\u00f6r att integrera de olika specialteknikerna med tydlig input fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra leverant\u00f6rer. Vi skulle definitivt kontakta Simpro Europe igen f\u00f6r eventuella behov av lyft av soptunnor f\u00f6r att leverera material till v\u00e5ra avfallssystem. MegaDumper\u00ae \u00e4r en fantastisk utrustning. Vi tyckte att den var mycket l\u00e4tt att installera vid leverans och mycket enkel att anv\u00e4nda. Under en hektisk dag kan vi bekv\u00e4mt t\u00f6mma \u00f6ver 100 soptunnor i v\u00e5ra 40-meterscontainrar, vilket inneb\u00e4r att MegaDumper\u00ae verkligen g\u00f6r skillnad f\u00f6r avfallshanteringen p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Dessutom \u00e4r det mycket l\u00e5gt underh\u00e5ll. <\/p>\n

\u00c4ven om MegaDumper\u00ae \u00e4r en ganska rej\u00e4l maskin har vi ocks\u00e5 m\u00e4rkt att den \u00e4r mycket l\u00e4tt att flytta runt. Det inneb\u00e4r att den inte bara \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbar eftersom vi kan flytta runt den f\u00f6r att fylla alla delar av containern, vi kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda den f\u00f6r att fylla andra containrar p\u00e5 plats. <\/p>\n

Jag rekommenderar varmt att anv\u00e4nda en MegaDumper\u00ae och skulle definitivt vilja anv\u00e4nda den i framtida projekt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Simpro Dumpmaster har revolutionerat den process som vi anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att flytta aluminiumsp\u00e5n till en kompakteringsmaskin. Vi hade ett eget system f\u00f6r att t\u00f6mma de 240 liters hjulburkarna, men det begr\u00e4nsade utrymmet i omr\u00e5det kring komprimatorn gjorde det sv\u00e5rt. Vi best\u00e4mde oss f\u00f6r att se om det fanns n\u00e5gra system p\u00e5 marknaden som kunde uppfylla v\u00e5ra behov. En webbs\u00f6kning senare hittade vi Simpro-produkten. Ett mycket hj\u00e4lpsamt team ordnade s\u00e5 att vi fick se den i drift och det var det som avgjorde saken. Det lilla fotavtrycket, den goda lyftkraften och den helt skyddade anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nligheten g\u00f6r den till en fantastisk produkt, som dessutom har s\u00e4nkt v\u00e5ra kostnader. De snabba lastnings- och lossningsf\u00f6rfarandena g\u00f6r det till en smidig process f\u00f6r operat\u00f6rerna.
