What is the Multi-Tip®?
The Multi-Tip® is a bin tipper with a 15-second tipping cycle, a 150kg lifting capacity, and an open design for easy cleaning and maintenance. It is also corrosion resistant, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
How does the Multi-Tip® work?
The Multi-Tip® features an innovative single-mast design which allows the operator an unimpeded view of operations to ensure safety. A dual-hand control system ensures moving parts cannot be accessed while the machine is in use. As standard, the Multi-Tip® is fitted with a Simpro Type-E cradle, which lifts all common Wheelie Bins up to 240L with no clamping required. A range of other cradles are also available, allowing the machine to empty almost any commercial container weighing up to 150kg.
What are the safety features of the Multi-Tip®?
Safety of the operator is of primary concern to Simpro Europe and the Multi-Tip® contains the following safety features:
- A shrouded dual-hand control system, which immediately stops the cradle whenever the ‘Raise’, ‘Lower ’ or ‘Safety’ buttons are released.
- A welded mesh panel which physically prevents the operator from accessing moving parts while using the machine.
- A tipping action which maintains the weight of the bin within the machine footprint.
- A pressure-compensating lowering valve which automatically regulates the lowering speed regardless of the weight of the bin
What are the maintenance requirements for the Multi-Tip®?
The Multi-Tip® requires minimal maintenance and is designed for long-lasting operation. Regular checks and lubrication are recommended to ensure optimal performance.
